L\u2019intrigue se passe dans un camp o\u00f9 des adolescents de 12 \u00e0 13 ans apprennent le water polo. Le personnage principale, Ben, est un nouveau pensionnaire. Il tente de s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans le groupe d\u00e9j\u00e0 constitu\u00e9, men\u00e9 par le charismatique Jake. Il r\u00e9alise rapidement qu\u2019un membre du groupe est maintenu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart. Selon les autres jeunes, il serait porteur d\u2019un maladie contagieuse (un ecz\u00e9ma, en fait) il ne faut surtout pas le toucher sous peine d\u2019\u00eatre contamin\u00e9. Il est surtout moqu\u00e9 et ostracis\u00e9 parce qu\u2019il est diff\u00e9rent. Ben tente de lui apporter son aide mais il s\u2019aper\u00e7oit que cela l\u2019exclut du groupe, ce qu\u2019il accepte tr\u00e8s mal\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Charlie Polinger d\u00e9cortique avec finesse l\u2019alchimie du harc\u00e8lement moral dans les groupes avec sa combinaison de meneurs, suiveurs et boucs \u00e9missaires. Les interpr\u00e8tes sont excellents malgr\u00e9 leur inexp\u00e9rience et leur jeune \u00e2ge. La m\u00e9taphore de la peste fonctionne bien dans ce contexte. Enfin, La pirouette finale est une belle trouvaille charg\u00e9e en \u00e9motion. \u00a0Ce film m\u00e9riterait d\u2019\u00eatre projet\u00e9 dans les \u00e9coles comme vecteur pour lib\u00e9rer la parole des jeunes en souffrance. Je recommande chaudement ce film, qui est une vraie r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
