La jeune Nawojka est en pleine phase d\u2019interrogation sur le type de femme qu\u2019elle aspire \u00e0 devenir. Elle travaille dans la ferme de ses parents, d\u2019origine polonaise, o\u00f9 vivent aussi ses deux fr\u00e8res. Ses aspirations \u00e0 devenir v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire sont frein\u00e9es par sa famille. Elle a h\u00e9rit\u00e9 de pouvoirs myst\u00e9rieux de sa m\u00e8re, qui aurait pactis\u00e9 avec le diable. Lorsque r\u00e9appara\u00eet la sulfureuse voisine pr\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Sandra, les pulsions Nawojka s\u2019emballent. Une myst\u00e9rieuse maladie d\u00e9cime le troupeau de bovins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La r\u00e9alisatrice r\u00e9sumait ainsi son film \u00ab\u202fune M\u00e9taphore des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019assumer\u202f\u00bb. Drame ? Film fantastique ? Film d\u2019horreur ? J\u2019ai regrett\u00e9 qu\u2019elle aborde beaucoup de th\u00e8mes sans les pousser tous au bout. Heureusement, la conclusion unifie l\u2019ensemble. Je garde toutefois un avis mitig\u00e9 sur cette \u0153uvre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
