Leur th\u00e8mes favoris portent sur la condition des femmes: la place de l\u2019\u00e9pouse exclusivement au foyer \u00e0 \u00e9lever les enfants, le mariage arrang\u00e9 \u00e0 un tr\u00e8s jeune \u00e2ge, la domination masculine. Elles dansent, chantent, jouent la com\u00e9die. Mais est-ce un signe de bonne moralit\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les filles du Nil est un t\u00e9moignage sur la condition f\u00e9minine dans le milieu copte. Il suit des protagonistes sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es, certaines acc\u00e9dant au statut de femmes mari\u00e9es, donc forc\u00e9es de finalement composer avec les coutumes qu\u2019elles d\u00e9non\u00e7aient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le jury de l\u2019Oeil d\u2019Or \u00e9tait dans la salle, ce qui indique que l\u2019organisation du festival cat\u00e9gorise ce long m\u00e9trage dans les documentaires ou du moins dans les documentaires-fictions. Pourtant, le visionnage, laisse peu de doute que le film n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une suite mont\u00e9e de moments saisis sur le vif mais bien un ensemble construit et \u00e9crit. Mais je suis rest\u00e9 sur ma faim. Le film manque de densit\u00e9 pour figurer dans les meilleures propositions de la s\u00e9lection 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma note=
