\u00ab\u00a0Le Corset\u00a0\u00bb raconte l’histoire de Christophe, un gar\u00e7on de 10 ans vivant dans la France rurale, dans une ferme au c\u0153ur de la Beauce.
Le film s\u2019ouvre sur une s\u00e9ance de photos individuelles pour le trombinoscope de la classe. Un par un, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 sourire, \u00e0 effacer une trace de bave ou \u00e0 regarder dans l\u2019objectif. \u00c0 Christophe, le photographe recommande de corriger sa posture et de se tenir bien droit. Mais il \u00e9prouve une irr\u00e9pressible envie de pencher la t\u00eate \u00e0 gauche. Le diagnostic des m\u00e9decins tombe : Christophe doit porter un corset en m\u00e9tal pour une dur\u00e9e d\u2019au moins 24 mois et suivre une r\u00e9\u00e9ducation \u00e0 la piscine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il s’efforce de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes de son p\u00e8re strict \u00e0 la ferme familiale mais avec son corset, il est contraint de r\u00e9inventer sa vie loin de la ferme. Christophe est enfant de ch\u0153ur. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9glise, il est fascin\u00e9 par l\u2019organiste, qui propose de l\u2019initier \u00e0 l\u2019instrument. A la piscine, Il fait la rencontre de Clara, avec qui tout semble devenir possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le Corset<\/em> est construit autour de magnifiques animations traditionnelles en aquarelle. Le sc\u00e9nario est tr\u00e8s mignon. Le tout est franchement r\u00e9ussi. C’est sans doute le meilleur film d\u2019animation de Cannes 2026 et un pr\u00e9tendant \u00e0 un prix dans les sections parall\u00e8les. On peut \u00e9galement lui pr\u00e9dire un grand destin au festival du film d\u2019animation d\u2019Annecy en juin 2026. Le film a \u00e9t\u00e9 longuement applaudi en sortie de projection.
