Dirig\u00e9e par Layal, le lieu est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux femmes, un lieu \u00e0 part o\u00f9 les r\u00e8gles sont strictes : pas d\u2019hommes, pas d\u2019armes, pas de politique. Dans ce pays ravag\u00e9 par les conflits entre factions arm\u00e9es, o\u00f9 de tr\u00e8s jeunes gar\u00e7ons sont enr\u00f4l\u00e9s et endoctrin\u00e9s pour devenir combattants, cette station appara\u00eet comme un fragile refuge suspendu au milieu du chaos. Mais le carburant se fait rare, et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre pr\u00e9caire du quotidien menace sans cesse de s\u2019effondrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque le jeune fr\u00e8re de Layal est sur le point d\u2019\u00eatre mobilis\u00e9 de force (\u00e0 12 ans, l\u2019enfance touche d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 sa fin), elle n\u2019a d\u2019autre choix que de reprendre contact avec sa s\u0153ur, dont elle s\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e9loign\u00e9e. Les deux femmes entreprennent de r\u00e9unir l\u2019argent n\u00e9cessaire pour payer la taxe qui \u00e9vitera au ped\u2019\u00eatre de porter le treillis et d\u2019\u00eatre envoy\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re ligne, o\u00f9 beaucoup deviennent des martyrs anonymes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rarement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Festival de Cannes, le Y\u00e9men trouve ici une fen\u00eatre sensible sur sa r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sociale et culturelle, teint\u00e9e de conservatisme tr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9. The Station s\u00e9duit par la justesse de ses interpr\u00e8tes souvent non professionnelles et par son immersion dans un pays meurtri.
