Dua, adolescente d\u2019origine albanaise, vit avec ses parents et son grand fr\u00e8re Vedim dans un climat de peur et de tension permanente. La population albanaise subit l\u2019oppression d\u2019un pouvoir serbe qui contr\u00f4le la police, tandis que les groupes paramilitaires imposent leur loi aux autres communaut\u00e9s du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 14 ans, Dua d\u00e9couvre normalement l\u2019\u00e2ge des premiers sentiments et des sorties entre amis. Mais confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une sc\u00e8ne d\u2019une extr\u00eame violence puis victime d\u2019une agression, elle refuse de rester passive. Encourag\u00e9e par son amie Maki, elle d\u00e9cide d\u2019int\u00e9grer un club de judo afin d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 se d\u00e9fendre et \u00e0 reprendre le contr\u00f4le de sa vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le film raconte ainsi le passage brutal de l\u2019adolescence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte, dans un contexte o\u00f9 l\u2019insouciance n\u2019a plus sa place. Port\u00e9e par une col\u00e8re grandissante et un profond besoin d\u2019agir, Dua cherche autant \u00e0 se prot\u00e9ger qu\u2019\u00e0 trouver sa place dans un monde en guerre.
